    1. 3 HOURS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT2. According to California State Law, moving companies are required to charge DOUBLE DRIVE TIME if the distance between the pick-up and drop-off addresses is more than 10 miles. For example, if it is a 15 minutes drive - we charge you for 30 minutes. Drive time rates prorated.3. If you have an item that is considered excessively bulky or heavy (300 lbs or more), please notify us in advance so we can bring the appropriate truck & tools. (Extra Heavy Fee $150 for item). It will be in addition to the hourly charge of the move.4️. We have a free basic insurance for the stuff which is 60 cents per lb. For example, if during the move a 10-lb. TV valued at $800 was damaged, you would receive $6.00 in compensation (60 c. x 10 lb).5️. Also, if you need a packing there is no fee for the packing service. You only pay for the regular time and for materials. The bubble wrap is $ 49 and kitchen paper is $39. Boxes are $ 3 (small), 4 (medium) and 5 (large).6️. If at any time during the move the Customer treats our crew with disrespect or if conditions at the Customer’s location become unsafe, including but not limited to, dirty environment, insects, pests, stale air, etc., we reserve the right to stop the job and refuse the further service.7️. We don't accept checks. Payment for our moving service shall be made by the Customer in CASH, DEBT CARD OR CREDIT CARD. NO PERSONAl OR BUSINESS CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED8️. According to Labor Law we charge overtime if move takes more than 8 hours.9️. In case the drop off address is a storage,the carrier reserves the right to ask for payment beforehand.10. It is the Customer’s responsibility to pay for any parking tickets and the amount of a ticket will be added to the invoice.11. Moving furniture, appliances, electronics which were not packed by our crew negates our responsiblity for any damages to such items.12. In a case where the Customer and/or his relatives, friends, etc. help our movers to load and/or unload the truck, we shall not be held responsible either for the moving quality, losses and/or damages which can occur during such move.13. The company moving time starts when our trucks arrive at your location and the time stops upon completion of the moving job.14. The customer’s furniture shall be covered with moving pads (blankets) and then shrink-wrapped to insure no damage is done to the Customer’s property during the move. If the customer refuses the packing and/or wrapping we reserve the right to cancel the move. The customer can sign a liability form wich means movers are not responsible for the items they didnt wrapped.15. The Company reserves the right to repair any damaged item before Customer has it repaired or replaced. In case Customer chooses to repair or replace the damaged item before the Company has been given an opportunity to do so, the Company’s liability will be limited to $.60 per pound per article as stated by law.16. The moving company is not responsible for claims made on the following grounds:a. change in flavor or state of perishable items;b. lost or damaged items caused by improper packing of the shipper;c. defective or already broken articlesd. gradual deterioration, insects, moths, rodentse. electrical or mechanical changes in musical instruments, appliances or electronics, ifthere isn't present exterior damage.f. damage or loss caused by any civil commotions, riots, lockouts, strikes, or the like.g. violent or warlike actions.h. damage or breakage as a result of usual handling of fragile items, unless packed bythe carrier
