    1️⃣3 HOURS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

    2️⃣According to California State Law, moving companies are required to charge DOUBLE DRIVE TIME if the distance between the pick-up and drop-off addresses is more
    than 10 miles. For example, if it is a 15 minutes drive - we charge you for 30 minutes. Drive time rates prorated.

    3️⃣If you have an item that is considered excessively bulky or heavy (300 lbs or more), please notify us in advance so we can bring the appropriate truck & tools. (Extra Heavy Fee $150 for item)

    4️⃣We have a basic insurance for the stuff which is 60 cents per lb. If you want you can purchase an additional insurance for the stuff and property.

    5️⃣Also, if you need a packing there is no fee for the packing service. You only pay for the regular time and for materials. The bubble wrap is $ 29 and kitchen paper is $25. Boxes are $ 2.5 (small), 3.5 (medium) and 4.5 (large).

    6️⃣A customer is responsible for the parking permit and any tickets.

    7️⃣We don't accept checks.

    8️⃣According to Labor Law we charge overtime if move takes more than 8 hours.

    9️⃣In case the drop off address is a storage,the carrier reserves the right to ask for payment beforehand
